1) Why is there no telephone number listed on the RVPowerhouse.com website?
The short answer is, to save you money. When we started RVPowerhouse.com, our main goal was to offer the lowest prices anywhere on the Internet. One way to do this was to eliminate the expense of phones and people to answer them. If you have a question, just e-mail us and we’ll get back to you ASAP.


2) What if I need to speak to a tech person?
For customer service before and after the sale, RVPowerhouse.com has a great working relationship with Master Techs, Incorporated. Their technical experts can answer just about any question we can throw at them. With Master Techs’ help, if we can’t answer your question in an e-mail reply, we can arrange for you to talk to a Master Techs troubleshooter toll-free at 800-848-0558.


3) I ordered a part from RVPowerhouse.com, but it arrived with a shipping label that said it came from Master Techs, Inc.. Why?
Master Techs serves as the shipping partner of RVPowerhouse.com, which is another way we save you money. If you should ever have a warranty issue with any part you purchase from RVPowerhouse.com, Master Techs will also serve as your point of contact to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


4) Can I buy directly from Master Techs?
Only if you’re a distributor, dealer or original equipment manufacturer. Master Techs works exclusively with OEMs, distributors like RVPowerhouse.com, and dealers like the one where you may have purchased your RV.


5) I don’t like ordering on-line. Can I still purchase a part from RVPowerhouse.com?

6) How long will it take for me to receive my order?
It depends on several factors. If we receive your order Monday through Friday before 3:30 p.m. EST, we can ship the same day on any item in stock. Another factor is how you request delivery – from Ground, to 2nd Day, to Overnight. And finally, where we’re shipping to will determine how quickly it can be delivered. Shipments to western time zones and Canada can take a bit longer to arrive.


7) How do I know how much shipping will cost when I order something from RVPowerhouse.com?
The quickest way to calculate your shipping costs is to begin to place an order on our checkout without actually completing the final steps and confirming your purchase. This will show your shipping options and associated costs. Or you can email us your city, state and zip code, and we’ll be glad to figure it out for you.

8) Are all the parts and products listed on your website new?
Yes. We do not deal in re-manufactured or refurbished parts. Furthermore, nearly everything you order from RVPowerhouse.com will come with a manufacturer’s warranty.


9) If I want a part that is not listed on the RVPowerhouse.com website, can you still get it for me?
Very possibly. We have contacts throughout the RV industry, and may be able to track down a hard-to-find part. If not, we can at least suggest a replacement part. Just ask us!


10) When I order from RVPowerhouse.com, what happens to the contact and shipping information I give them?
