4) Can I buy directly from Master Techs?
Only if you’re a distributor, dealer or original
equipment manufacturer. Master Techs works exclusively
with OEMs, distributors like RVPowerhouse.com, and dealers
like the one where you may have purchased your RV.
5) I don’t like ordering on-line. Can
I still purchase a part from RVPowerhouse.com?
Absolutely. Although it’s a slower process, we

6) How
long will it take for me to receive my order?
It depends on several factors. If we receive your order
Monday through Friday before 3:30 p.m. EST, we can ship
the same day on any item in stock. Another factor is
how you request delivery – from Ground, to 2nd
Day, to Overnight. And finally, where we’re shipping
to will determine how quickly it can be delivered. Shipments
to western time zones and Canada can take a bit longer
to arrive.
7) How do I know how much shipping will cost
when I order something from RVPowerhouse.com?
The quickest way to calculate your shipping costs is
to begin to place an order on our checkout without actually
completing the final steps and confirming your purchase.
This will show your shipping options and associated

8) Are

Yes. We do not deal in re-manufactured or refurbished
parts. Furthermore, nearly everything you order from

Very possibly. We have contacts throughout the RV industry,
and may be able to track down a hard-to-find part. If
not, we can at least suggest a replacement part. Just
